Guitar Hero World Tour

Activision jams with the band on 86 songs confirmed for latest installment of blockbuster rhythm game; launch set for October 26.

After months of trickling songs out a few at a time, Activision today confirmed for GameSpot the full 86-song Guitar Hero World Tour set list.

From classic rock acts like Jimi Hendrix, Fleetwood Mac, and Creedence Clearwater Revival to more modern fare like Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, and Modest Mouse, there are dozens of hit makers represented. In addition to more than four score standard songs, the set list also includes a pair of original compositions from Ted Nugent and Zakk Wylde for the game's guitar duels.....

Thanks for the heads up, Yopi Art. I had no idea it came out so soon!

By the way, what system do you guys plan on getting the game for? If you don't have both a PS3 and 360 to choose from, I suggest you take a look at this Stacker 2 contest going on where you can win the system of your choice. There are less than 325 entrants as of now, and you also have a chance at winning weekly prizes such as 6 Hour Power energy shots (which make a great pick me up) and Rise of the Argonauts. All you have to do to enter is design a 6 Hour Power t-shirt, which is surprisingly easy to do online. For contest details, go here: http://www.brickfish.com/Entertainment/Stacker2?tab=overview

Let me know if you guys enter... I'd be happy to vote for your designs. I work with 6HP so if you have any questions about the contest or the drink itself just let me know. Good luck to those who enter.
